To ensure the smooth movement of the membrane, which is held by an extremely flexible rim, the voice coil has been redesigned, which is typically fixed with adhesive; here, a coil fixed on a "spool" was used. This achieves high conductivity and prevents weight variations and imbalances caused by the amount of adhesive applied.

Thanks to the development of the membrane material and manufacturing technology described above, the newly developed DU driver equipped with a diamond membrane achieves less than 1/100th of the distortion ratio of previous models in the frequency range below 100 Hz.

By reducing distortion in the ultra-low range and improving the amplitude-frequency response of the ultra-low range, we have enhanced the reproduction of low frequencies to an unprecedented level, while also reducing overlap with the fine and vivid mid and high frequencies through good transients. While reproducing a vast amount of musical information with impressive resolution, they also achieve impressive channel separation, allowing you to feel any track you are focusing on. Furthermore, since there is absolutely no distortion, the silence of the music feels even more intense, and every sound is heard even more clearly.

The housing is precision-machined from high rigidity stainless steel. It is designed to firmly support the drive and suppress unnecessary vibrations, resulting in clear sound contours. The housing is also finished with a wave-like precision cutting process known as "Côtes de Genève," used in the watchmaking industry. This refined technique is not only aesthetic but is often used for the interior components of luxury watches, as the cutting surface is the finished size, providing a precision that shows less deviation compared to a polished surface.

The house and the DU drive are assembled without glue, and extremely complex designed screws are used to securely fasten the components, making them repairable in the long term. The clamping force of the screws firmly supports each part, suppressing unwanted resonance.

The comfort of headphones is determined by the sense of pressure. Although ergonomic and organic shapes, such as those relying on the flexibility of silicone to hold the headphones in place, may seem suitable at first glance, they constantly exert pressure on the ear, straining it without the ear noticing, and become tiring. Compared to organic shapes that make contact with a large surface of the ear, we aimed for a pressure-free fit by limiting the contact area. Consequently, they fit many people's ears, as no individual point of contact feels pressure, and you realize how comfortable headphones can be, with an excellent fit that almost feels like a custom-made headphone. Additionally, the housing size is smaller than the A8000, making them even easier to fit into the ear.

This cable was developed in collaboration with the company Junkosha, known for developing and manufacturing cables designed for high-speed signal transmission of the K supercomputer. The cable uses silver-plated OFC conductors, incorporating the expertise Junkosha has gained over the years under the Junflon brand, while the insulation is made from ePTFE (expanded Teflon™), which has an even lower dielectric constant than traditional PFA (fluoropolymer). Every aspect of the cable is designed for the A10000. The MMCX connector is designed to be even more reliable than previously developed in-house connectors, achieving even greater precision. Since 2-pin connectors rely on the flexibility of the pins themselves to achieve removal force, their construction makes it difficult to maintain durability. MMCX connectors are used for long-term reliability.

Note: The MMCX connector found on this model is designed to be particularly difficult to insert or remove due to its high precision. Rewiring or removing the connectors is not recommended, except for replacement due to malfunction.

This product includes two types of ear tips, "FUSION-G" and "TYPE E", each in five sizes: SS/S/M/L/LL.

A <FUSION-G>

The triple hybrid structure combines three materials: ultra-dense foam, soft silicone, and high-resilience silicone to provide high sound insulation and a comfortable fit without pressure.

The ultra-density foam's thin design allows for easy insertion without compressing with the fingers. This minimizes pressure and provides excellent sound insulation. Furthermore, the shape identical to the silicone type minimizes sound quality distortion, allowing you to enjoy the original sound quality of your headphones.

A <TYPE E>

uses two types of silicone materials, with different hardness for the sound tube and the earbuds that contact the ear. The sound tube uses harder silicone material than the earbuds that contact the ear, with grooves for strength and flexibility. The earbuds that contact the ear use softer silicone for a comfortable fit and high sound insulation. One ear tip is gray, the other is red, making it easy to distinguish the left and right earphones even in dimly lit places, you simply have to slightly rotate the earphones to check the color of the ear tips.

The earphone's sound opening can become contaminated with earwax and other substances. The A10000 is equipped with a dust filter that the customer can replace.
