Custom In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs) are high-precision earphones originally designed to replace traditional stage floor monitors for live performances. Today, these personalized devices have far surpassed their initial role and are widely used for studio work, mixing/mastering, personal music listening, and even gaming. The 64 Audio lineup currently includes nine CIEM models, featuring between 2 and 18 drivers per ear.

Innovative Technological Features
Apex™ (Air Pressure Exchange)
This unique, patented venting technology reduces ear canal pressure while providing -20 dB noise isolation through the included m20 module. The system is available in three variants: mX, m15, and m20, each offering different levels of ventilation and bass response. Apex aims to reduce listening fatigue and create a wider, more natural soundstage.
LID™ (Linear Impedance Design)
LID is an intelligent circuit design that ensures the CIEM’s sound signature remains consistent across different source devices (smartphones, DAPs, bodypacks, DAC/AMPs). Changes in output impedance do not affect the frequency response, allowing users to hear the manufacturer’s intended sound character regardless of the device used.
tia™ (Tubeless In-Ear Audio)
The tia system reduces resonances and distortions in the sound channels. The A6t features two main tia elements: an open-design tia high-frequency driver and the tia single-bore design, which simplifies the acoustic pathway and enhances sound transparency.
3D-Fit™
This technology uses digital ear scans and 3D printing to create shells that not only guarantee perfect fit and comfort but also enable the integration of complex acoustic structures within the shell—something impossible with traditional handcrafted methods.
