The DD HIFI E14D SURFACE is a hybrid five-driver in-ear monitor, using one dynamic driver and four balanced armature drivers per earpiece. Its physical three-way crossover is designed to organise the bass, midrange and treble into a smooth presentation, while maintaining a solid mid-bass foundation.
The 3D-printed medical-resin housing contains a specially developed crossover board, sound conduits and acoustic damping components. Its 15-ohm impedance, 118 dB/Vrms sensitivity and specified 10 Hz to 30 kHz frequency range support flexible use with portable and desktop audio equipment.
The detachable ddHiFi BC120S cable uses silver-plated high-purity OFC conductors, 0.78 mm 2-Pin connectors and a 4.4 mm balanced plug. Its shielded four-core construction combines signal transmission with the flexibility needed for everyday use.
