TWELVE Ti is positioned as a special edition celebrating the long-running success of the U12t, with a cosmetic and material refresh rather than a change in the core tuning concept. The titanium theme is not just visual: the material is used to reinforce the sense of durability, premium finish, and long-term relevance that the edition is meant to symbolize.

The shells, faceplates, and exclusive m20 apex modules use Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium, also referred to as Tc4 titanium in the material notes. This alloy is highlighted for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility, which makes it well suited to high-end earphones that need to be both rugged and comfortable in daily use.

The titanium finish gives the TWELVE Ti a more technical, monochrome look than the standard model, and it aligns the earphones, accessories, and visual identity into a single concept. That makes the product feel less like a simple colorway and more like a collector-focused edition with a clear design story.

Under the titanium exterior, TWELVE Ti retains the U12t’s 12-driver architecture, arranged as 1 tia high driver, 1 high-mid driver, 6 mid drivers, and 4 low drivers. The frequency response is listed as 10 Hz to 20 kHz, with 108 dB sensitivity at 1 kHz and 1 mW, and 12.6 ohms impedance at 1 kHz.

The tuning platform also includes an integrated 4-way passive crossover and 64 Audio’s LID technology, which is designed to stabilize the earphone’s response across different source devices. In practical terms, that means the TWELVE Ti is intended to sound consistent whether it is connected to a smartphone, DAC/amp, or digital audio player.

The earphones use the tia approach, which reduces resonance and distortion through an open balanced armature driver and single-bore acoustic design. This is meant to support a more transparent and lifelike presentation while preserving the refined character that made the U12t so widely recognized.

The apex system is also central to the design, as it vents air pressure from the sealed ear canal while still maintaining strong isolation. TWELVE Ti includes multiple apex modules, specifically m20, m15, m12, and mX, giving the user options to adjust isolation and pressure relief; the listed isolation range is approximately -10 dB to -20 dB depending on the module.

The included cable is a 24 AWG 4-core Litz design made from silver-plated UP-OCC copper, with 99 strands per core and a total impedance of 0.29 ohms. 64 Audio also includes both 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm shielded cables, which makes the package adaptable to a wide range of sources without requiring immediate aftermarket accessories.
