The housing is made of precisely machined, high-rigidity stainless steel. It is designed to firmly support the drive and suppress unnecessary vibrations, resulting in clear sound contours. The housing is crafted with a wave-like precision cutting process, known in the watch industry as "Côtes de Genève." This sophisticated technique is not only aesthetic but is often used for internal components of luxury watches as the cutting surface is the finished size, thus the accuracy shows less deviation compared to the polished surface.

The housing and the DU drive are assembled without glue, and extremely complex design screws are used to securely fasten the components, making them repairable in the long run. The fastening force of the screws firmly supports each part, suppressing unwanted resonance.

The comfort of the earphones is determined by the sense of pressure. While ergonomic and organic shapes, such as those that rely on the flexibility of silicone to keep the earphones in place, may seem suitable at first glance, they exert constant pressure on the ear, straining it without the ear noticing, and become tiring. Compared to organic shapes that contact the ear over a large surface, we aimed for a fit without a sense of pressure by limiting the contact area. This makes them suitable for many people's ears, as no pressure is felt at any single contact point, and you'll realize how comfortable the earphones can be, with an excellent fit that feels almost like a custom-made earphone. Additionally, the size of the housing is smaller than in the A8000, making them even easier to fit into the ear.

Note: The MMCX connector found on this model is designed to be particularly difficult to insert or remove due to its high precision. Rewiring or removing the connectors is not recommended except for replacement due to failure.

This product includes two types of ear tips, "FUSION-G" and "TYPE E", each in five sizes: SS/S/M/L/LL.

A <FUSION-G>

The triple hybrid structure combines three materials: ultra-density foam, soft silicone, and high elasticity silicone, to provide high sound insulation and a comfortable fit without pressure.

The ultra-dense foam's thin design allows for easy insertion without compressing with the fingers. This minimizes pressure and provides excellent sound insulation. Furthermore, the shape that matches the silicone type minimizes sound quality distortion, allowing you to enjoy the original sound quality of your headphones.

A <TYPE E>

uses two types of silicone materials with different hardness for the sound tube and earplugs that contact the ear. The sound tube uses harder silicone material than the earplugs that contact the ear, with grooves for strength and flexibility. The earplugs that contact the ear use softer silicone for a comfortable fit and high sound insulation. One earpiece is gray, the other red, making it easy to distinguish the left and right earphones even in dimly lit places, simply by slightly turning the earphones to check the color of the earpieces.

The headphone sound opening can become contaminated by earwax and other materials. The A10000 includes a dust filter that the customer can replace.
