- WARNING! The technology works with radio waves (2.4GHz Bluetooth) and maintains the connection between the "server" left channel and the "client" right channel. The left channel communicates with the smartphone. The left channel's dual real-time communication - i.e. it both keeps in touch with the phone and sends data to the right channel - makes it more sensitive to interference at 2.4GHz radio frequencies than traditional BT headsets that connect the left and right sides wirelessly, so there may be the occasional momentary loss of connection in an environment of strong WiFi, BT interference, which is immediately recovered.
