Desktop Balanced DAC and Headphone Amplifier
The SMSL DO400 is a fully balanced digital-to-analog converter and headphone amplifier that promises high dynamics, extremely low distortion, and convincing performance. It features a flagship ES9039MSPro DAC chip with a resolution of 32bit 768kHz and DSD512, as well as MQA-CD decoding through an XMOS XU-316 USB interface chip. The QCC5125 chip is responsible for Bluetooth 5 wireless connectivity, supporting aptX, aptX HD, and LDAC codecs.
The 4-pin XLR, 6.35mm, and 4.4mm headphone outputs, with up to 2x3000mW @ 32 Ohm power, open the world of quality music listening to numerous high-end headphones. In addition to the single-ended RCA and balanced XLR outputs, AES/EBU, I2S, COAX, optical, Bluetooth, and USB-B inputs are also available. The colored IPS display on the front panel, protected by tempered glass, is easy to read and can be turned off freely.
The DO400 supports earbuds and headphones, active stereo speakers, amplifiers, players, and all kinds of other desktop audio devices with high-quality components. The product weighs 1450g. The package includes an RC-8C remote control, Bluetooth antenna, EU power cable, and USB-B cable.
