TOPPING E30 - Desktop DAC

The Topping's E30 is a compact USB DAC and delivers performance that belies its dimensions. To do this, it uses an AK4493 DAC chip, which is one of the most popular components of High Fidelity Audio. It also uses an Xmos interface that provides a clear and transparent connection to digital sources with USB output.
This DAC has a volume control function that can be turned off.
The E30 features an elegant and readable display accompanied by a beautiful touch button.

The digital analog sound conversion uses an AK4493EQ 32-bit Dac chip. This modernized version of the famous AK4490EQ benefits from distortions and signal-to-noise ratio. It incorporates the famous Velvet Sound technology with increasingly accurate digital filters.
The USB input is controlled by an XMOS interface that allows for adequate support for very high sampling frequencies (up to 768 kHz 16 and 32bit). In addition to DOP256 support, this component also provides native compatibility up to DSD512.
It is integrated with these components, and allow the E30 to achieve a clear signal with an extremely low distortion rate of 0.0003%, overhearing of less than -130 dB, a noise ratio of 121 dB and a measured dynamic range of 119 dB. This type of performance is usually found in more expensive and bulky equipment.

Unlike most compact DAC's using micro USB ports, the Topping E30 has a USB-B port. Thus, this is a great advantage in terms of robustness and service life over its competitors.
The power demand is low enough to provide direct power via the USB port.
Van also has a DC socket that is ideal for connecting the E30 to any Hi-Fi quality power supply (LPSU) without an adapter.
Coaxial SPDIF and optical SPDIF input allow THE DAC E30 to work with external digital sources. Multiple devices (CD player, TV, media platform or game console) can be connected and enjoy excellent audio decoding capability.
SPDIF interface uses an AK4118 low jitter chip that supports 24-bit/192 kHz digital audio streams.
The touch button on the front panel can change the active source. The source can also be selected using the included infrared remote control.
The output is a simple RCA stereo connector, variable volume.
