The Gustard H26 is a fully balanced, discrete Class A headphone amplifier and analog preamplifier combining high-output headphone drive with flexible system integration. It can serve as the center of a dedicated headphone setup or as a preamplifier for active speakers and power amplifiers.
Relay-based volume control, two gain levels and a dual toroidal power supply with separate channel powering support precise and stable analog operation. Headphone connectivity includes 6.35 mm, 4.4 mm and 4-pin XLR outputs, complemented by RCA and XLR inputs and balanced and unbalanced preamp outputs.
Its substantial power reserve supports a wide range of low- and high-impedance headphones, while low noise and distortion help preserve signal integrity. Independently switchable headphone and preamp outputs also make it easy to move between personal listening and speaker-based playback.
