LINEAR AC POWER SUPPLY
This linear power supply provides excellent performance and allows you to power the HiFi system with high quality, thereby improving the sound reproduction quality. Allowing for a wide range of applications, the P50 features 2 x 5V USB-A outputs and a standard 5.5/2.1mm DC 15V output, allowing you to serve multiple devices simultaneously.
The P50 can be associated with a wide variety of devices, as 15V and 5V supply voltages are very common for HiFi devices. Ideal for several Topping products, such as DX3 Pro, D50s, A50.
The P50 power supply component is built into a robust single block of metal precision CNC machined aluminum housing for improved mechanical and for electromagnetic protection.
The power supply is compatible with 220-240V 50/60Hz, but also 100-120V 50/60Hz mains voltages, so it can be used anywhere in the world. The input voltage selection is carried out using a 230V/115V switch.
The P50 uses a high-quality toroidal transformer, which provides low magnetic loss, electromagnetic interference, and very low noise levels to ensure the cleanest possible supply current. The 15V power circuit is 10000μF, the 5V circuit is powered by an 8000μF buffer capacitor group, which results in a significant energy reserve to ensure a stable output current.
The P50 uses 3 ultra-low noise TPS7A4700 controllers. These chips are capable of high accuracy, which is why they are perfect for HiFi use and make them an excellent choice for analog circuits.
