The Andromeda 10 SE is a special edition IEM celebrating a decade of innovation by Campfire Audio. Featuring a newly expanded 10-balanced armature configuration (4x low, 4x mid, 2x high), it builds on the iconic Andromeda sound signature with improved technical performance, delivering rich lows, articulate mids, and shimmering highs with remarkable clarity and control.

This limited-release model is housed in PVD black stainless steel with a genuine Damascus steel lid in gold or black. It’s the first Andromeda to feature 2-Pin connectors, paired with a custom 8-conductor gold-plated 7N OCC copper cable with 4.4mm connector designed to complement both its sonic and visual character.

Made for discerning audiophiles and longtime fans of the Andromeda line, the Andromeda 10 SE honors Campfire Audio’s legacy with craftsmanship, exclusivity, and elevated sound. The package includes a premium off-white leather zipper case, a selection of ear tips, and Campfire’s 10-year anniversary lapel pin. The Special Launch Edition models were manufactured in black and gold color options.

The legendary Andromeda product line's peak - the Andromeda 10 LE offers technical enhancement in configuration, drive applications, and sound performance.

Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber

Campfire's long-established, proprietary tuning technology, TAEC, is a powerful spatial element that expands the technical performance of the Andromeda's 10 balanced armature driver by precisely reflecting and resonating the driver's output, creating greater spatial imaging, layering, and soundstage.

Our largest vibrating tongue driver array provides incredible detail, resolution, soundstage, speed, and accuracy, while maintaining rich tonality, punch, and delicate warmth.

The Andromeda 10 features four premium low-frequency BA drivers that deliver deep bass without excessive load, providing a punchy, textured sound with fast and accurate reproduction. Our new NEMC midrange assembly allows the four midrange drivers to unfold, eliminating unwanted resonance and noise that can occur in the armature motion, delivering mid-frequencies with full clarity and stunning detail. Finally, two powerful high-frequency armatures pair with the TAEC tuning element, enabling high-frequency extension and creating a greater sense of space and air - positioning instruments with lifelike realism and accuracy.

Frequency response graphs are valuable tools for gaining a general understanding of IEM tuning, but they are not capable of illustrating performance's technical aspects, such as detail, timbre, soundstage, resolution, etc.

Noise-Reducing NEMC Circuit

This new circuit design, first introduced in the Andromeda 10, is designed to reduce and eliminate unwanted noise and resonance encountered in balanced armature technology. This results in even greater clarity, further highlighting details, and providing enhanced diaphragm stability.

Quad Midrange Unit

Four premium quality, balanced armature (BA) drivers work together to deliver vocals and mid frequencies with incredible speed, realism, and stunning detail. Paired with careful acoustic spatial design, the mid frequencies are positioned in perfect relative placement, elevating the classic sound of the Andromeda to a new level.

Quad Subwoofer Unit

Strength, precision, impact. Four large, low-frequency, balanced armature (BA) drivers work together to precisely create tight and accurate bass, while providing satisfying emphasis to the low tones.

Hybrid Ceramic Capacitor

The cohesion of the Andromeda 10 driver is aided by a vintage ceramic film capacitor, specifically selected for its compatibility and synergy with the internal architecture of the Andromeda 10. This special component assists in the seamless integration of drive units within the frequency range, as well as enhancing and unifying the sound reproduction.

Custom Manufactured Cable

The Andromeda 10 LE features a specially designed cable that is crafted specifically to highlight the performance and style of the Andromeda 10.

It has four large, gold-plated conductors that offer superior tone quality, resolution, and detail.
