Loyalty Program

Become a returning customer, and we will make it worth your while. The purpose of the program is to give registered customers cashback after every completed online purchase, which appears in the virtual balance linked to their account and can be used during future purchases.

The essence of the program

MUZIX Group Kft. operates a loyalty program to promote the webshop and encourage repeat purchases. In the system, the cashback earned after purchases is recorded on the virtual account belonging to the registered customer profile.

Who can participate?

The program is available to customers with a registered customer account. Without registration, there is no possibility to receive cashback, and the amount cannot be converted into a direct, instant discount.

When is the credit posted?

The credit is always added to the account when the purchase is completed. A purchase is considered completed when payment has been made, the order has been fulfilled, and the product has been received.

Cashback rate

Based on the currently valid conditions effective from October 25, 2021, the cashback rate depends on the pricing type of the product.

List-price, non-discounted product

10%

Ten percent of the gross consumer price is credited to the registered customer account.

Non-list-price, discounted product

5%

Five percent of the gross consumer price is credited to the registered customer account.

The cashback rate and conditions are published in an official notice. MUZIX reserves the right to modify the conditions in line with its business interests.

How does it work in practice?

The goal of the system is simple: after completed purchases, you receive points that can be used as a discount during a later order.

You need a registered customer account to use the program.

You place an order in the webshop, and the order is fulfilled.

After the products have been received and paid for, the system closes the process and then credits the points.

The points can be used as a discount during the next online purchase.

Usage rules

Credited points are not automatically deducted at the next purchase. During the checkout process, the owner of the registered account decides whether they want to use them.

For list-price products, the credited balance can generally be used up to a maximum of 20% of the gross value of the new purchase.

Important information and explanations

The sections below help explain how the program works in practice and the most important limitations.

A purchase is considered completed when, after the order is placed in the webshop, the selected delivery, pickup, and payment process has also been completed, the product has been received, and its price has been paid. The system closes the process only after this.

The credit becomes usable only after the purchase has been completed. This means that the points earned from a given order cannot be used for that same order, only during a subsequent purchase.

For non-list-price, discounted products, points generally cannot be used, only during specific promotional campaigns. The conditions and ratios applied in such campaigns may differ from the general 20% rule, even significantly.

In the event of withdrawal, the loyalty point balance used when purchasing the returned product is lost, and the points credited for that product are also reset to zero. This is an important limitation, so point usage should be handled carefully.

Points are recorded on the registered customer account, so protecting login credentials is especially important. According to the notice, no complaints can be accepted regarding “unexpected” balance changes.
