The Shanling CD-S100 v25 (also known as CD-S100 IV) is a component-sized CD player that builds on the success of its predecessors, such as the CD80 and EC3, incorporating modern digital features with classic CD playback. Equipped with a DS11 laser unit and a newly adapted ROHM BD34352 DAC, the device supports high-resolution audio formats via USB up to PCM 32bit/768kHz and DSD512. The high-performance 43VA R30 transformer provides stable performance, making it confidently usable with any audio equipment.
The CD-S100 v25 features a sophisticated aluminum chassis, RCA and XLR outputs, offering pre-out and line-out modes for flexible connectivity. The digital optical and coaxial outputs provide additional options, while USB drive playback with SyncLink control enhances usability. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity enable seamless streaming from phones and computers, making it a true digital hub for home audio systems. The player also handles written CD-R discs.
