The MEE audio KidJamz KJ55 closed, over-ear headphones are designed to be safe, fun, and kid-friendly for listening to music. A switch allows the limiter to be temporarily disabled depending on how noisy the environment is. The lightweight, durable, and LED backlit headphones are perfect for everyday use at home, school, or on the go.
The wired version of the KJ55 comes with a USB Type-C connector microphone cable for quick and easy connection.

While traditional headphones and earphones can easily exceed the volume considered safe for children, the KidJamz headphones use a proprietary volume limiter built into the structure of the speakers to keep the sound pressure level (SPL) near the physician-recommended 85 dB*, thus protecting little ears and helping develop lifelong good listening habits.
*The 85 dB limit is based on the industrial standard 1 mW sound output of a typical portable audio device.
Safe Listening: Volume Limiting Switch
The built-in switch allows parents to temporarily disable the volume limiter, making KidJamz usable in noisy environments such as while traveling.
