The left channel communicates with the smartphone. The dual real-time communication of the left channel, meaning it maintains contact with the phone and sends data to the right channel as well, makes it more susceptible to interference on the 2.4GHz radio frequency compared to traditional wired BT headphones. In some cases, momentary loss of connection may occur in strong WiFi or BT interference environments, but it is immediately restored. This phenomenon is not a defect, it is inherent to the technology and can be attributed to radiation health limits.
