Denafrips' top-of-the-range USB digital-to-digital converter or digital interface (DDC) is the result of 3 years of research and development by the brand, benefiting from its extensive experience in the design of DACs and related technologies. This interface allows you to expand the digital connectivity of your audio system or computer while improving sound quality. In addition, Gaia works seamlessly with a wide range of DAC brands and models on the market. The data stream of the incoming USB digital signal is stored in the FIFO buffer and then re-organised using the built-in femtosecond clock. This process significantly minimises jitter and guarantees a signal free of digital noise. The Gaia 12 also features galvanic isolation, which protects the signal from electrical interference and maintains signal integrity throughout the conversion process.
