Desktop CD Player and Integrated Amplifier
Despite its retro look, the Shanling CA80 is a modern, premium CD player with a built-in integrated amplifier capable of driving speakers with up to 100W@4Ω and 50W@8Ω of power. The CA80 model, the sibling of the CD80, is designed without integrated amplification. It features a digital optical SPDIF output, analog RCA, and 3.5mm headphone output options. Built with an ES9219MQ DAC chip, it ensures decoding of impressive, high-resolution audio signals. Users are greeted with premium sound quality characterized by clear soundstage, low distortion, and purity. The high-quality Philips CD drive and Sanyo HD860 laser technology provide seamless and smooth performance, while the Ingenic X1000 chip ensures efficient, high-resolution audio signal processing. The Shanling CA80 CD player also offers support for USB drive and wireless Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity with high-resolution LDAC transmission protocol. By using a USB drive, the CA80 supports high-resolution PCM 32Bit/384kHz, and DSD256 audio signals, as well as decoding of MQA-CDs.
