TOPPING DX5 II
Desktop DAC and NFCA Headphone Amplifier
The Topping DX5 II is a fully balanced DAC and headphone amplifier designed for high fidelity sound. Compared to its predecessor, this version offers a fully balanced architecture and significantly higher output power. Equipped with dual ESS ES9039Q2M DAC chips, it allows for independent left and right channel decoding, achieving a dynamic range of 133dB @1kHz and THD+N < 0.00006%. The newly developed X-Hybrid amplifier architecture provides a powerful 7600mW x2 output with an extremely low noise level of 1.8uVrms, enabling precise and distortion-free sound reproduction. The optimized circuit design significantly reduces idle power consumption and heat generation, enhancing overall efficiency.
Enclosed in a compact yet robust aluminum housing, the DX5 II features a fully balanced four-channel amplifier design. The device uses Aurora UI for an intuitive user experience on a 2" screen, and also offers PEQ (Parametric EQ) capabilities for precise sound customization. Connection options include USB, optical, coaxial, and Bluetooth 5.1 inputs, as well as RCA and XLR balanced outputs, providing a versatile solution for various audio setups. The Bluetooth connection allows the use of aptX HD and LDAC codecs.
Designed for audiophiles, the DX5 II delivers high performance in various listening environments, offering technical excellence and user-friendly adaptability. Available in black, silver, and white, the product weighs 945 g. The box also includes a cable from USB-A to USB-B, a 6.35mm adapter, a power cable, a Bluetooth antenna, and an RC-18A remote control.
