01 / SIVGA
Natural materials. Thoughtful construction.
Behind SIVGA is SIVGA Electronic Technology, founded in 2016 in Dongguan, China. The company brings development and manufacturing together within one organisation, with specialists in acoustics and electronics. Design, material selection and usability all play a part in the brand's approach. The brand's history from the manufacturer ↗
Material and structure. A closer look at the walnut housing and open metal grille.Behind the housing. Manufacturer close-up of the SV023 driver.
SIVGA's range extends from full-size headphones to in-ear models. It includes both dynamic and planar driver designs, so the brand name alone will not tell you which model is right for you. Consider the design, the fit and the connections on your source device together.
The natural grain of wood reveals its character up close. On models with wooden housings, the grain and shade may vary from one unit to another. Alongside handcrafted details, manufacturing also involves precise machining. Each model's description explains the specific combination of processes and materials used.
A CLOSER LOOK / SIVGA SV023
Walnut on the outside. Precision within.
The SV023's walnut housing is shaped by CNC machining, followed by hand sanding, polishing and finishing. This brings a natural surface together with a precisely engineered structure.
These open headphones use a 50 mm dynamic driver. The metal supports, headband and padding are just as important to the construction as the striking wooden housing. The open design is best considered for a quiet listening environment.

SIVGA P2 PRO
Wood meets planar technology.
The P2 PRO is an open headphone with planar drivers. Its red oak housing is polished by hand, while CNC-machined metal components and a stainless steel grille complete the design. The soft covering of the headband and ear pads contributes to wearing comfort. This model is also worth exploring if you would like to discover a different construction alongside dynamic headphones.

The same attention, in an IEM.
The NIGHTINGALE PRO is the brand's planar IEM. Its zebrawood faceplate meets an aluminium-magnesium housing shaped using five-axis CNC machining. The cable is replaceable, and suitable ear tips let you tailor the fit to your ears. It shows how natural materials and precise metalworking can come together even in a tiny earphone.
Sendy Audio is the premium brand in the SIVGA family. Its headphones with wooden housings place the emphasis on solid wood, traditional manual processes and planar technology. The manufacturer traces the components' journey from selecting and shaping the wood through to sanding and refining the finish. The Sendy Audio story ↗

The finishing process involves several stages and requires time and care. Sendy Audio's own description also mentions repeated drying and polishing. No two pieces of wood are identical: variations in tone and grain are inherent to this natural material.
Handcrafting does not mean that every component is made entirely by hand. The brand combines precise machining with manual finishing. The availability and sourcing information shown in this promotion is commercial guidance, not an indication of the manufacturing time of individual headphones.
A CLOSER LOOK / SENDY AUDIO AIVA 2
A distinctive design. Meticulous details.
The AIVA 2's zebrawood housing and metal grille with a fish-scale pattern give it instant character. Natural wood is combined with CNC-machined metal components, while a planar driver sits beneath the exterior.
The manufacturer specifies a diaphragm thickness of 1 μm. This is one technical detail of the design, but when choosing, you should also consider the complete system, amplification requirements and comfort. Alongside the complete headphones, the photos show the distinctive housing and grille up close.
STAX has been one of the defining names in electrostatic headphones for decades. Its extremely light diaphragms, precise drive systems and uncompromising construction aim to reproduce sound as accurately, quickly and naturally as possible without changing its character. MADE IN JAPAN SINCE 1938
More than just headphones. Earspeaker.
STAX has been developing electrostatic transducers in Japan since 1938. The brand's own term, earspeaker, reflects an approach inspired by detailed listening through loudspeakers rather than conventional headphone thinking.
Inside an electrostatic unit, an extremely thin, tensioned diaphragm moves between two electrodes. Low mass and push-pull operation are defining features of the design. STAX models have an open construction, making them best suited to a quiet environment and a carefully matched system.

The coupon cannot be used on products that are already discounted. CRAFT20 and CRAFT10 are not valid for products where the shop already displays a separate sale price alongside the original, crossed-out price. In these cases, the displayed sale price is the applicable discounted price, and no further promotion coupon can be deducted.
Only on selected promotion products. The discount applies only to products shown on this page and assigned to the coupon in the shop's administration system. Models and images featured in the brand introductions do not, by themselves, indicate coupon eligibility.
Also valid for products available to preorder. The CRAFTED selection may include models in stock, available to preorder or available to order from the manufacturer. Lead times for preorders vary by model and depend on current manufacturer and supplier stock. Some products may arrive sooner, while others may take longer. Frequently asked questions
Coupons and discounts
Which coupon code should I use?
For SIVGA and Sendy Audio products, use CRAFT20 to receive 20% off products included in the promotion. For STAX products, use CRAFT10 to receive 10% off STAX models included in the promotion.
Where can I enter the coupon code?
You can enter the coupon code in the cart. In the Order summary section on the right, look for the “Have a coupon code?” field, enter CRAFT20 or CRAFT10 and click “Apply”. If you have not entered it there, you can also add it during the “Shipping and payment” step, in the Coupon code field under Order summary on the right.
When should I enter the coupon code?
You must apply the coupon code before submitting your final order. We recommend entering it in the cart so you can check that the discount has been deducted correctly before starting checkout.
How do I know the coupon has been applied successfully?
After applying the code, check the Order summary section. The discount should appear in the order total, and the final amount payable should decrease accordingly. Only submit your order once the expected discount is visible in the summary.
Why is the discounted price not shown on the product card?
The promotion page and product cards may show the current shop price. CRAFT20 and CRAFT10 provide coupon discounts, so the deduction becomes visible after applying the appropriate coupon code in the cart. Always check the final amount payable in the cart and order summary.
What happens if I forget to enter the coupon code?
The coupon discount is not deducted automatically. You must enter and apply the correct coupon code before submitting your order. Always check the Order summary section before finalising your order.
What should I do if the coupon code does not work?
Check that you have entered the correct code exactly: CRAFT20 for SIVGA and Sendy Audio, or CRAFT10 for STAX promotion products. Also check that your chosen product is included in the promotion. If the code is correct but the discount still does not appear, do not submit your order. Contact us so we can check it.
Is the coupon valid for every SIVGA, Sendy Audio and STAX product?
Not necessarily. The discount applies only to products included in the promotion and assigned to the coupon. The promotion products on this page are the main selection. A product photo in a brand introduction or used as an illustration does not, by itself, indicate coupon eligibility.
Can it be combined with another coupon or discount?
Promotion coupons may be combined with another coupon, a personalised offer or another discount only if the shop and the terms of the relevant offer allow it. Always refer to the final discount shown in the cart before submitting your order.
Can I use the coupon on a product already on sale with a crossed-out original price?
No. If a product already has a separate sale price displayed alongside its original price, neither CRAFT20 nor CRAFT10 can be used. In that case, the sale price shown in the shop is the applicable discounted price.
Does the coupon also apply to shipping costs?
No. CRAFT20 and CRAFT10 provide a discount on the price of eligible promotion products. Shipping is calculated separately based on the selected shipping method and order details.
Can I request the coupon discount on an order I have already placed?
Promotion coupons must be applied before the order is submitted. They cannot be applied retrospectively to previous or completed orders.
Cart and checkout
How do I use the coupon, step by step?
Add your chosen promotion product to the cart. Open the cart and enter the appropriate coupon code in the right-hand Order summary section. Click “Apply” and check the updated total. You can then continue with your order by entering your shipping and payment details.
Can I also enter the coupon on the Shipping and payment page?
Yes. If you have not already entered the code in the cart, you can also find the Coupon code field during the Shipping and payment step, in the Order summary section on the right. After applying the code, check the total before continuing.
What should I check before submitting my order?
Check your selected product and quantity, billing and shipping details, chosen shipping and payment methods, coupon deduction, shipping cost and final amount payable. You can still review these details before submitting your order.
Why might the total change during checkout?
The cart initially shows the prices of the products. Applying a coupon may reduce the price of eligible products, while the selected shipping method may add a shipping charge to the order. The final amount payable may therefore change during checkout.
Can I change the contents of my cart after applying the coupon?
Yes, you can change the contents of your cart until you submit your order. If you add or remove a product, check the coupon discount and order total again afterwards.
Stock and preorders
Can the coupon also be used on products available to preorder?
Yes. For eligible SIVGA and Sendy Audio preorders, use CRAFT20; for eligible STAX preorders, use CRAFT10.
What does “Ordered from the manufacturer” mean?
It means that the product may not be immediately available in our own warehouse, but can be ordered from our supplier or the manufacturer. The actual lead time depends on the model, manufacturer stock and logistics.
How long does a preorder take to arrive?
Lead times may vary by model. Some products may arrive sooner, while others may take longer. Availability and sourcing information shown in the shop is therefore indicative. We clarify the current situation when processing your order.
Will I still receive the promotion discount if the product arrives later?
If you successfully applied the correct coupon code to an eligible product when placing your order and the discount appeared in the order summary, the discounted price recorded in your order applies.
Why can a product's stock status change?
Stock can change quickly because of multiple sales channels and simultaneous orders. A product's status may therefore change at short notice. We check final availability when the order is actually processed.
What happens if I order several products and one is out of stock?
Different product availability may extend the time needed to fulfil your order. We can clarify the specific options when processing your order, based on current stock and sourcing information.
Shipping and payment
Where do I select the shipping method?
The Shipping and payment step of checkout shows the shipping options available for your order and the delivery address provided. You can select your preferred shipping method there.
When will I see the shipping cost?
The cost of each service is shown alongside the shipping methods available for your order. Once you make your selection, the shipping cost also appears in the Order summary section on the right, so you can see the full amount payable before submitting your order.
Which shipping methods can I choose from?
The available options are always shown during checkout for the specific order. The services offered may depend on factors such as the delivery address, the contents of the order and the couriers currently available.
Does the coupon change the available shipping methods?
The coupon primarily provides a discount on eligible products. The checkout system displays the available shipping methods based on the specific order and delivery address.
When do I select the payment method?
You can also select your payment method in the Shipping and payment step. Only payment options available for the specific order are shown.
When do I need to pay for a preorder?
How and when you pay depends on the payment method you select when ordering. Choose the option that suits you based on the information displayed during checkout.
SIVGA and Sendy Audio
What does a wooden housing mean?
Some SIVGA and Sendy Audio models use real wood components in the headphone housing or exterior parts. Wood is a natural material, so its colour, grain and shade may vary from one unit to another. This is a natural characteristic of the material, not a manufacturing defect.
What does handcrafting mean?
On models with wooden housings, precise machining may be complemented by traditional processes such as hand sanding, polishing or finishing. This does not mean that every component of the headphones is made entirely by hand. Manufacturing methods may vary by model.
Do all SIVGA and Sendy Audio headphones sound the same?
No. The brands offer different driver technologies, open and closed designs, different tunings and models in various sizes. Choose your headphones based on your listening habits, source device and preferred sound character.
What is the difference between dynamic and planar headphones?
The two technologies use different driver designs. Neither technology automatically guarantees better sound quality. The final sound character is determined by the complete acoustic design, tuning and the system used together.
STAX systems
What is a STAX earspeaker?
STAX traditionally uses the term earspeaker for its electrostatic headphones. They use electrostatic technology, so their construction and drive requirements differ significantly from those of conventional dynamic or planar headphones.
Can I connect a STAX earspeaker directly to my headphone amplifier?
No. STAX electrostatic earspeakers require a suitable, dedicated electrostatic driver unit. They cannot be connected directly to conventional 3.5 mm, 4.4 mm, 6.3 mm or XLR headphone outputs.
What is a STAX driver unit?
A driver unit is a separate electronic device that drives STAX electrostatic earspeakers. It provides the special drive required by the electrostatic system, so compatibility between the earspeaker and driver unit must be considered together when choosing a STAX system.
Is every STAX earspeaker compatible with every STAX driver unit?
Do not assume compatibility automatically. You need to check whether a particular earspeaker and driver unit can be used together based on the specific model, connection and technical requirements. If you are unsure, ask us for help before ordering.
If I order a STAX earspeaker, is a driver unit included?
Only if the product is explicitly listed as a complete system or bundle. When buying a standalone STAX earspeaker, the driver unit is usually a separate product. Always check the package contents on the product page.
I already have a STAX system. How do I choose a new earspeaker for it?
Check the exact model of your current driver unit and compare it with the requirements of your chosen earspeaker. Send us the exact model name of your existing STAX driver unit and we will help check compatibility.
Help with choosing
I do not know which model would suit me. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us what music you listen to, which headphones or earphones you currently use, what source device or headphone amplifier you have, and whether you are mainly looking for a model for home or portable use. This will help us suggest suitable alternatives.
What should I consider when choosing headphones?
Alongside the sound character, consider whether the design is open or closed, as well as size, comfort, weight, connections and amplification requirements. Even technically excellent headphones may not be the right choice if they do not suit your listening environment or existing system.
What are open headphones?
An open design allows the air behind the driver to move more freely. These headphones generally provide less isolation from outside noise, and music may also be audible to others nearby. They are therefore most practical in a quiet home environment.
What are closed headphones?
A closed design may provide better isolation from ambient noise and allow less sound to escape. This can make it more practical for use in an office or shared space, although the level of isolation varies by model.
How do I know whether my headphones need a separate amplifier?
Amplification requirements vary by model. Impedance and sensitivity are useful starting points, but neither tells the whole story on its own. Tell us which headphones and source device you would like to use together and we will help check whether they are a suitable match.
After ordering
Will I receive an order confirmation?
After you successfully submit your order, the shop sends a confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. Check the email address you entered and, if necessary, your junk or spam folder.
Where can I find the final order total?
Before submitting your order, you can see the final amount payable in the Order summary section. This includes the discounts applied to the order and the costs associated with your chosen shipping method.
What happens after I place my order?
Once we receive your order, we check its details and the products' current availability, then begin processing it. If we need to clarify anything about a product or any of the details, we will contact you.
Where can I find the shipping, payment, warranty and withdrawal terms?
Detailed terms covering shipping, payment, withdrawal, statutory conformity rights and warranties are set out in Muzix's current Terms and Conditions.
