At the heart of the V3 is the Texas Instruments TPA3255 power amplifier chip. Its highly efficient Class D operation enables the unit to deliver substantial power from a compact enclosure while generating less heat than conventional amplifiers with comparable output power.

Output power reaches up to 2 x 300 watts into a 4-ohm load, although the actual available power also depends on the connected power supply, speaker impedance, input signal level, and measurement conditions.

The V3 features Japanese Sumida audio inductors, high-capacity NCC filter capacitors, German WIMA capacitors, and Japanese ELNA capacitors. These carefully selected components contribute to stable power delivery, precise filtering, and a clean analog signal path.

Ventilation openings on the top and bottom of the chassis promote natural airflow. The power amplifier chip's heatsink is directly coupled to the aluminum-alloy chassis, allowing the entire enclosure to help dissipate heat generated during operation.

This design is intended to maintain a stable operating temperature for the TPA3255 during extended use and under higher loads. To ensure adequate airflow, the top and bottom ventilation openings should remain unobstructed during operation.

The minimalist front panel of the V3 features a single rotary knob used to power the unit on and adjust speaker volume. A front-panel indicator light shows the operating status.

The built-in A-type potentiometer features a logarithmic response curve that corresponds to the human perception of loudness, enabling finer adjustment within the most commonly used volume range.

The unit uses two socket-mounted TI NE5532 operational amplifiers. These can be replaced with compatible models, allowing experienced users to experiment with different op-amps and tailor the amplifier to their own system and sound preferences.

A DAC, streamer, preamplifier, CD player, or other line-level analog source can be connected to the stereo RCA input. The left and right speaker terminals accept banana plugs or bare speaker wire, while the supported speaker impedance is up to 8 ohms.

The 3.5 mm volume-controlled Pre-Out allows an additional audio device with a line-level input to be connected.
