This is the manufacturer's first portable player with a built-in tube output, containing JAN6418 tubes. The design pays homage to the original Shanling M8, and its aim is to surpass its rich sound and bass with the new flagship AKM AK4499EX and AK4191 DAC chips and the latest ADI AD8397 headphone amplifier chip.
The M8T offers quick switching between tube output and transistor mode for versatility. It features an updated, open Android 13 system that ensures long-term updates and application compatibility, supporting easy installation of third-party music applications and streaming services with bit-perfect audio processing.
