The MEE audio KidJamz KJ55 closed, over-ear headphones are designed to be safe, fun, and kid-friendly for listening to music. Made with volume-limiting technology that keeps sound below 85dB, it helps protect young ears while providing clear, non-disturbing sound ideal for music, learning, and entertainment.
A switch allows the limiter to be temporarily disabled depending on how noisy the environment is. The lightweight, durable, and LED-backlit headphones are perfect for everyday use at home, school, or on the go.
The wired version of the KJ55 comes with a microphone cable with a USB Type-C connector for quick and easy connection.

While traditional headphones and earphones can easily exceed the volume considered safe for children, the KidJamz headphones use a proprietary volume limiter built into the speaker structure to maintain sound pressure levels (SPL) close to the doctor-recommended 85 dB*, thereby protecting little ears and helping to establish lifelong good listening habits.
*The 85 dB limit is based on a typical portable audio device's industry-standard 1 mW audio output.
Safe Listening: Volume Limiting Switch
The built-in switch allows parents to temporarily disable the volume limiter, making KidJamz usable in noisy environments, such as during travel.
